Joseph R. Gallina
Chief Executive Officer
Joseph R. Gallina is the owner and CEO of Gallina Management and Gallina Corporation. Since 1988 Mr. Gallina’s organization has successfully developed over 3,100 apartment units in Wisconsin, Florida and northern Illinois, as well as single family subdivisions, retail projects, commercial buildings and office projects.
Mr. Gallina has been involved in the management of residential rental properties since 1972, and Gallina Management currently manages approximately 2,000 apartment units located in Wisconsin and in Florida. Mr. Gallina was named Dane County Business Man of the Year in 1987.
He is a member of and is president of the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin and a past member of the Madison Area Builders Association. Mr. Gallina’s organization was a 2003 finalist for the Society of Financial Professionals Southern Wisconsin Business Ethics Award.
Craig B. Enzenroth
President
Craig B. Enzenroth is the President of Gallina Corporation and the President of Gallina Management. Mr. Enzenroth will coordinate and oversee Gallina Corporation’s responsibilities under the Construction Management Agreement and will coordinate and oversee development and construction of The Bergamot / Apartments on 780.
Mr. Enzenroth has been involved in the building construction industry since 1977 and has a wide range of experience in overseeing the construction and development of multifamily residential rental and condominium projects, as well as commercial, retail and single family projects. Mr. Enzenroth has been involved in the development and construction of over 2,600 apartment units and over 40 separate development/construction projects.
He regularly works with architects, engineers, legal counsel, general contractors, and subcontractors, as well as municipal officials, boards and agencies. Mr. Enzenroth was a founding member of the board of Madison Area Builders Association Parade of Condominiums. He has been affiliated with Mr. Gallina’s organization since 1979.
Dawn M. Hendrickson
Vice President
Dawn oversees the property management and financial operations of the multi-family sites owned and managed by The Gallina Companies. She currently oversees the property supervisors of the 2600 units currently managed by the company.
She is a member of the development team for the Gallina Companies’ projects. Dawn has been with the Gallina Companies since 1991, and is a member of the South Central Wisconsin Apartment Association and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
