Why have I lived at Kearney Meadows for 9 1/2 years? Many reasons! The management team strives to beautifully maintain the building and grounds. I am very comfortable in an apartment with an excellent floorplan, pretty decor, and efficient appliances. I enjoy the underground parking, daily delivery of the Madison State Journal at my door at a very low cost, and a well-insulated apartment that keeps out noise, heat, and cold. The apartment has many well-arranged electric outlets and ample storage in every room. Any problems that occur are taken care of in a timely and friendly manner.
