General Application/Resume Submittal

The Gallina Companies invites applicants to apply for open positions listed on our web-site.

  1. Do I need to submit a separate application for each job I want to apply for?
    Yes. If you apply for each job you are interested in, our individual recruiters will be able to quickly and accurately evaluate your application for the specific position they are recruiting for.
  2. Do I need to submit an application and a resume?
    Yes. A completed application is required. We also request applicants provide a short cover letter and resume that showcases your experience and skills, as well as provides professional references. The application asks the basic information that we feel is needed in order to fairly and accurately evaluate qualifications for the position you have applied for.
  3. Should I call to check on the status of my application?
    It is not necessary to call to check on the status of your application. It is however; important to watch the e-mail account that you provided in your application. We will send requests for interviews as well as regret letters using the email address that you supply.
  4. Is it ok to give names of my friends as references?
    We ask that you provide work-related references, preferably past supervisors. References may also include prior instructors, professors or volunteer coordinators.
  5. Can I fill out your application using my smart phone?
    Our website will be mobile friendly later this year.
