I've been living here for almost 7 months now and am extremely happy with my choice to move in. Out of the 3 other management companies I've been with at my time in Madison, this one has been the best! Katie and everyone else are super responsive to any concerns or requests, as well as taking the time to get to know their residents personally. Rent is beyond fair for the size and quality of the apartments compared to other spots on and around campus. Highly recommend this place!
